Office of Academic Exchange Programs
The Office of Academic Exchange Programs provides opportunities for international study and research from the undergraduate through postdoctoral and professional levels.

Office of Citizen Exchanges
The Office of Citizen Exchanges supports a variety of professional, youth, cultural, and SportsUnited exchanges programs.

Office of English Language Programs
The Office of English Language Programs creates and implements high quality, targeted English language programs in specific regions and countries of the world.

Office of Global Educational Programs
The Office of Global Educational Programs administers several programs that support both international students who wish to study in the U.S. and Americans who wish to study abroad.

Office of International Visitors
The Office of International Visitors brings professionals from all over the world to the U.S. to meet with their counterparts and experience the U.S. firsthand.

Office of Policy and Evaluation
The Office of Policy and Evaluation administers a variety of program and advises senior management on approaches to ECA activities through its Evaluation Division, Office of Alumni Affairs, and Cultural Heritage Center.

Office of Private Sector Exchange
The Exchange Visitor Program, conducted by the Office of Private Sector Exchange, is carried out pursuant to the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961, as amended. The Act promotes mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries through educational and cultural exchanges.
