Study of the United States Institutes for Scholars
Scholars from around the world share ideas after attending the Institute on Religious Pluralism in the United States
Participants spend the remaining two weeks on a study tour, which complements the academic program and includes visits to sites of interest in another geographic region of the country. Each institute concludes with several days of meetings and related study in Washington, D.C.
How To Apply: Prospective participants should contact the Public Affairs Office of their local U.S. Embassy for information about upcoming institutes. U.S. Embassies manage the nomination of candidates, as well as organize participants' travel to the U.S. In some countries, candidates may also be selected by a binational Fulbright Commission.
