Welcome to the Office of Citizen Exchanges!

This office supports a variety of professional, youth, cultural, and sports exchange programs to further our nation's foreign policy, to provide foreign participants with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding so they can better address the challenges facing their countries, and to offer Americans the opportunity to share their expertise and experience with their foreign counterparts.
