Abandoned Shipwreck Act of 19871 AN ACT To establish the title of
States in certain abandoned shipwrecks, Be it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the United SEC. 1 SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the "Abandoned Shipwreck Act of 1987". SEC. 2 FINDINGS. The Congress finds that- (a) States have
the responsibility for management of a broad range of (b) included in

SEC. 4 RIGHTS OF ACCESS. (a) ACCESS RIGHTS. -In order to- (1)
