The Youth Programs Division is committed to empowering the successor generation and establishing long-lasting ties between the United States and other countries through exchange programs and institutional partnerships. Programs focus primarily on secondary schools and promote mutual understanding, leadership development, educational transformation, and democratic ideals.

Latest News Global Connections and Exchange Morocco Places Youth at the Heart of Development From March 31 - April 4, 2008, the Global Connections program in Morocco brought together 70 students from 11 schools throughout Morocco who implemented community service projects in their regions. Read More Promoting Youth Entrepreneurship and Civic Engagement in Bangladesh The winners of this year’s Youth Grant Competition organized in Bangladesh were announced on March 20th in an award ceremony held in Dhaka. The competition was arranged by Relief International – Schools Online (RI-SOL) through the ECA-funded Global Connections and Exchange (GCE) program.
