International Fulbright Science and Technology Award

The International Fulbright Science and Technology Award is designed to provide top-level talent from around the world with the U.S. government’s most prestigious and valuable scholarships and allow them to pursue PhD study at America’s most competitive universities. It was created to attract the most highly qualified young women and men to the U.S. and symbolizes the preeminent higher education system’s welcome to international students.
