Talking English was designed to provide foreign learners of English with “real world” examples of spoken English. The text and accompanying audio cassette contain 62 short conversations addressing a broad range of discussion topics. Each conversation is supplemented with a list of key words and expressions, as well as listening comprehension and personal reflection questions. The book also contains a “Conversation Review” section for speaking practice. Talking English is suggested for intermediate to advanced EFL students.
