Partnering with the NCAA, USA Basketball, and WNBA, U.S. State Department led a fast-paced and exciting basketball program surrounding the events of the Women’s NCAA Final Four. From March 25 to April 5, eighteen teenage girls and six female coaches from six different countries came to the U.S. to participate in this dynamic series of activities under the new Empowering Women and Girls through Sports Initiative.
