Performance Measurement Projects

Through its performance measurement initiative, the Division continually monitors the Bureau’s programs to track results. Baseline, end-of-program, and follow up data are collected from program participants and compared across these three points to assess effectiveness. Data are also compared annually by the three points to assess overarching trends. Both program officers and senior management incorporate this data into program planning and goal setting.

Listed below are programs included in the performance measurement initiative. A select number of performance measurement reports for specific Bureau programs are available.
