For non-U.S. Participants

Fulbright Program
Provides opportunity for foreign scholars to lecture and/or conduct postdoctoral research at U.S. institutions for an academic semester to a full academic year.
Study of the United States Institutes for Scholars
Foreign university faculty and other scholars take part in six week academic programs at U.S. campuses consisting of lectures, seminar discussions, and site visits related to various themes in U.S. studies.
Study of the United States Institutes for Secondary Educators
Secondary school teachers, curriculum development specialists, teacher trainers, and other secondary education professionals attend a six week academic program to gain a deeper understanding of U.S. society, education, and culture, past and present.

For U.S. Participants

Fulbright Program
Sends scholars abroad, where they lecture and/or conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields. Short term consulting grants are also available.
