Proposals will be reviewed by the Federal Advisory Committee on International Exhibitions (FACIE), a committee of leading U.S. curators and experts in American architecture and design, convened by the National Endowment for the Arts on behalf of the U.S. Department of State for the purpose of assessing the proposals and making recommendations for exhibitions to represent the U.S. at major international exhibitions.
