1. YTILI Fellowship Program

   The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) is the U.S.Department of State's flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs from Europe. In 2021 and 2022, a cohort of young European entrepreneurs from
   45 European countries will participate in this exciting fellowship program.

2. Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders

   The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). Since its start in 2014, the program has empowered young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking.

3. Tunisia Community College Scholarship Program

   The Tunisia Community College Scholarship Program (TCCSP), part of the Department of State’s Thomas Jefferson Scholarships, offers full, one-year scholarships for young Tunisians studying at technical schools (ISETs) in Tunisia.

4. Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program

   The Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program offers foreign English teaching professionals the opportunity to the opportunity to take innovative, online university-level classes.

5. Community Solutions

   The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a professional development program for the best and brightest community leaders, from over 90 countries, to confront common problems across the areas of environmental issues, tolerance and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender issues through four-month fellowships with community-based not-for-profit, public and government offices across the United States.

6. Center Stage

   Center Stage demonstrates America’s respect for other cultures by providing unique opportunities for international performing artists to engage with diverse communities throughout the United States and offers Americans the chance to grow in understanding and appreciation of other nations.

7. Fulbright Foreign Student Program

   The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables graduate students, young professionals, and artists from abroad to research and study in the United States for one year or longer at U.S. universities or other appropriate institutions.

8. Fulbright-Schuman Program

   The Fulbright-Schuman Program, administered by the Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Belgium/Luxembourg, is jointly financed by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission. The program funds graduate and post-graduate study, research, and lecture proposals in the field of US-EU relations, EU policy, or EU institutions for interested American and EU citizens.

9. YSEALI Professional Fellows Program

   Launched in 2013, the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) is the U.S. government’s signature program to strengthen leadership development and networking in Southeast Asia. The YSEALI Professional Fellows Program is a professional development exchange program for the best and brightest community leaders from ASEAN, working in the fields of civic engagement, NGO management, economic empowerment, governance, legislative process, environmental and natural resources management.

10. Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program

    The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program provides grants to approximately 850 foreign scholars from over 100 countries to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions from an academic semester to a full academic year.
