Through an open competition managed by the Aspen Institute, sub-grants are awarded to organizations to implement virtual exchanges.

  10. Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Abroad

    The new FLEX Abroad program provides merit-based scholarships for eligible high school students to attend a local school in Kazakhstan, Poland, or Ukraine for an academic year.
