   The English Access Microscholarship program (Access) is celebrating its 10th Anniversary with a U.S. exchange opportunity.

3. Fulbright Foreign Student Program

   The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables graduate students, young professionals, and artists from abroad to research and study in the United States for one year or longer at U.S. universities or other appropriate institutions.

4. Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program

   The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program provides grants to approximately 850 foreign scholars from over 100 countries to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions from an academic semester to a full academic year.

5. Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange

   The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) program provides year-long academic, homestay, and community service opportunities for American and German high school students, vocational school graduates, and young professionals.
