7. Study of the U.S. Institutes

   The Study of the U.S. Institutes promote a better understanding of the people, institutions, and culture of the United States among foreign students, teachers, and scholars. Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) are short-term academic programs for groups of undergraduate leaders, educators, and scholars from around the world.

   Ihor is an active member of his host community, school, and host family, volunteering with a local church, tutoring children in English and math, and helping his host family with chores around the house.
