   The German Bundestag and U.S. Department of State are proud to recognize Joey DiPalma as the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) U.S. Participant of the Month for January 2026! Joey, a CBYX Vocational program participant from Carrollton, Texas, was recruited by Nacel Open Door and is hosted by the Knöpfles family in Berlin, Germany.

7. Study of the U.S. Institutes

   The Study of the U.S. Institutes promote a better understanding of the people, institutions, and culture of the United States among foreign students, teachers, and scholars. Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) are short-term academic programs for groups of undergraduate leaders, educators, and scholars from around the world.

8. March 2025 CBYX German Participant of the Month

   The German Bundestag and U.S. Department of State are pleased to announce Norah Nosbuesch as the March 2025 Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) German Participant of the Month! Norah, a CBYX High School program participant from Dingdorf, Rhineland Palatinate, and placed by Youth for Understanding (YFU), is hosted in Aberdeen, South Dakota by the Wieland family.

9. Future Leaders Exchange - Program Details

   The Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program provides scholarships for high school students (ages 15-17) from Europe and Eurasia to spend an academic year in the United States, living with a family and attending an American high school.
