   Each year, the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) brings over 4,000 foreign visitors from all over the world to the United States to meet and confer with their professional counterparts and to experience the U.S.

3. FLEX Student of the Month – March 2016

   Jennet, a Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) student from Turkmenistan, has won over her entire community and school with her enthusiasm, hard work and dedication.

4. YLAI Program

   YLAI Professional Fellows from Latin America and the Caribbean expand their leadership and entrepreneurial experience through fellowships in cities throughout the U.S.

5. Critical Language Scholarship Program

   The Critical Language Scholarship Program provides immersive summer programs for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students to learn languages of strategic importance to the United States’ national security, economic prosperity, and engagement with the world.

6. Connecting Through Science

   Randy French teaches middle school science in western New York State and recently travelled to Ghana with the Teachers for Global Classrooms program; where he spent a week at the Accra Girls school.

   The U.S. Department of State hosted the first Youth TechCamp in Washington, D.C. for 21 Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program alumni

8. FLEX Student of the Month - February 2023

   We are pleased to announce Serdar Makhmudov from Uzbekistan as the FLEX February Student of the Month! He was placed by World Link and is hosted in Lemoore, California.

9. A Road to Civic Education in Bangladesh

   After returning from the program, he transformed the focus of his organization towards youth civic education and is a dynamic advocate for the issue throughout his country.
