The International Education Administrators (IEA) seminars program helps international education professionals and senior higher education officials from the United States create empowering connections with the societal, cultural and higher education systems of other countries.

Eligibility and Application Overview

Public applications are accepted.

To participate in the International Education Administrators (IEA) program the applicant must:

  • be a U.S. citizen
  • have the foreign language proficiency as specified in the award description or as required for the completion of the proposed project.

Note: Non-U.S. citizens who have legal permanent residency status in the United States are not eligible for any Fulbright grants.
