Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Abroad participant, Alexander Arabadzhiev, is the U.S. Department of State’s April 2024 American Abroad Student of the Month.
The new FLEX Abroad program provides merit-based scholarships for eligible high school students to attend a local school in Kazakhstan, Poland, or Ukraine for an academic year.
