1. Fulbright-Schuman Program

   The Fulbright-Schuman Program is administered by the Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Belgium/Luxembourg, is jointly financed by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission. The program funds graduate and post-graduate study, research, and lecture proposals in the field of US-EU relations, EU policy, or EU institutions for interested American and EU citizens.

2. YTILI Fellowship Program

   The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) is the U.S.Department of State's flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs from Europe. In 2021 and 2022, a cohort of young European entrepreneurs from
   45 European countries will participate in this exciting fellowship program.

3. Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program - Eligibility & Application

   The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program provides grants to approximately 850 foreign scholars from over 100 countries to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions from an academic semester to a full academic year.

4. Emerging Young Leaders Award and Exchange Program

   The Emerging Young Leaders Award will be granted to ten outstanding young leaders from across the globe. The awardees will visit the United States for an intensive three-week program designed to recognize and support their efforts to enact positive societal transformation.

5. Teachers of Critical Languages Program

   The Teachers of Critical Languages Program (TCLP) brings teachers from China, Egypt and Morocco to eligible U.S. elementary and secondary schools to teach Chinese and Arabic for an academic year.

6. Youth Leadership Programs

   Students from various countries study topics that include civic education, leadership development, and community service.

7. Pakistan Professional Partnership Program in Journalism

   This program provides participants with an in-depth look at U.S. media practices, while also exposing them to American life and culture.

8. Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars and Secondary Educators (SUSI Scholars) - Program Details

   Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars are designed to strengthen curricula and improve the quality of teaching about the United States in academic institutions overseas.

9. Junior Faculty Development Program

   Junior Faculty Development Program offers fellowships to university instructors in the early stages of their careers. JFDP Fellows attend U.S. colleges and universities to broaden their knowledge in their field of study.

10. International Writing Program Between the Lines

    Young writers come to the University of Iowa for a two week program full of creative writing study and cultural interaction.
