1. Fostering Change through Peace Journalism

   Building on the skills and interests he developed during his participation in the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, Steven has become a leader in the field of peace journalism.

   Through the English Language Fellow Program (EL Fellow) highly qualified U.S. educators in the field of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) participate in 10-month-long fellowships at academic institutions throughout the world. This program is an English For All initiative.

   After completing her bachelor’s degree in medical lab sciences at the American University of Beirut, Sanioura worked in marketing for a medical firm while she applied for graduate programs and fellowships. It was during this time that she first fell in love with business.
