1. January 2023 CBYX German Participant of the Month

   We are pleased to announce Laura Bitondi as the January 2023 CBYX German Participant of the Month!  Laura, a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) High School participant placed by YFU, is hosted by Julia Josling in Jackson, Michigan.   

2. January 2024 CBYX German Participant of the Month

   We are pleased to announce Samiya Id-Lefqih as the January 2024 CBYX German Participant of the Month!  Samiya, a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) High School program participant placed by AFS, is hosted by the Warren family in Bothell, Washington.   

3. NSLI-Y Summer Language Program

   

   Established in 2006, the National Security Languages Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) promotes the study of critically needed languages by sending American high school students overseas for intensive language study.

4. A Day in the Life of a CCI Participant

   

   CCI 2016-17 students studying at Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale, AZ, share what a day in the life of a CCI participant is like for them in this video which they created.

5. Volunteering to Create Change

   I learned to see things that I never noticed before. I became a new person ready to do something good and helpful for people.

   Because of the YES Program I am confident now and I believe in myself.

7. A-SMYLE Student of the Month – March 2014

   Emina Mulic, a World Link A-SMYLE student from Montenegro, is having a full and well-rounded exchange year; in addition to volunteering for several community service organizations, she's an active participant in many school clubs and sports, and creatively shares her Montenegrin culture with friends and classmates.

8. FLEX Celebrates 21st Year

   The Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) celebrated the end of its 21st year with approximately 168 students of this year’s 800 scholarship recipients.
