Theresa Carrington, the founder and CEO of social enterprise Ten by Three, is bringing her expertise to Romania through the Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund. In collaboration with ECA alumnus Stefan Cibian, Theresa will lead a series of workshops and training sessions to amplify the impact of social entrepreneurs at an international level. By working with Ashoka Romania, the Municipality of Făgăraș, the Țara Făgărașului Community Foundation, and local business owners, entrepreneurs, and Ukrainian refugees, the project seeks to build a more robust public-private ecosystem to support social entrepreneurs.
