1. CBYX February German Participant of the Month

   The U.S. Department of State and German Bundestag are pleased to announce Tineke Kleinert as the February Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) German Participant of the Month! 

2. January 2023 CBYX German Participant of the Month

   We are pleased to announce Laura Bitondi as the January 2023 CBYX German Participant of the Month!  Laura, a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) High School participant placed by YFU, is hosted by Julia Josling in Jackson, Michigan.   

3. FLEX Student of the Month - February 2023

   We are pleased to announce Serdar Makhmudov from Uzbekistan as the FLEX February Student of the Month! He was placed by World Link and is hosted in Lemoore, California.

4. Eugeniu Prodan

   Eugeniu Prodan is an alumnus of the 2022 CLS Indonesian Program hosted by Universitas Negeri Malang in Malang, Indonesia.

5. Fulbright U.S. Student Program

   The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers fellowships for U.S. graduating college seniors, graduate students, young professionals and artists to study, conduct research or be an English teaching assistant abroad for one academic year.

6. October 2024 CBYX German Participant of the Month

   We are pleased to announce Elissa Ben Salem as the October 2024 Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) German Participant of the Month!  Elissa, a CBYX high school program participant placed by CIEE, is hosted by the Benski family in Meridian, Idaho.

7. Discovering Chinese Culture through Music

   Vanessa studied Chinese the summer of 2012 in Suzhou, China as a National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) participant and was introduced to a whole new world.

   Finding Her Voice in Bosnia

   Katie’s passion for culture, language, and food was a perfect fit in Bosnia.

9. FLEX Student of the Month – October 2014

   In addition to joining six clubs since the start of the school year, Kamila has volunteered over 50 hours in her host community, calling helping people the "main goal" in her life.

10. American Abroad Student of the Month - April 2015

    Easton, Massachusetts native Daniel Herschlag hit the ground running when he landed in Bosnia and Herzegovina for his YES Abroad exchange program, learning the language quickly and getting involved with numerous clubs and volunteer organizations.
