1. Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program - Program Details

   The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program provides grants to approximately 850 foreign scholars from over 100 countries to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions from an academic semester to a full academic year.

2. FLEX April Student of the Month

   We are pleased to announce Faziia Kasymova from Kyrgyzstan as the April FLEX Student of the Month!

3. FLEX Student of the Month – November 2015

   Kazakh high schooler Symbat clocked over 100 hours of community service during her exchange, maintains a high GPA on the honor roll, joined the school band, and plays on the basketball team.

4. FLEX October Student of the Month

   We are pleased to announce Husniya Risolieva from Tajikistan as the FLEX October Student of the Month! She was placed by Greenheart and is hosted in Richmond, Maine.

5. Dania Hassan

   After attending summer school at Johns Hopkins University via the U.S. Summer Sisters Exchange Program in 2016, Dania established an organization called “Fun to Learn,” through which teams of volunteers conduct extracurricular programming in underprivileged schools. She is the youngest high achiever of the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network’s #30under30 series.

8. Fulbright Foreign Student Alumna Introduces First Seeing-Eye Dog to Mongolia

   As a student in Mongolia, Uyanga Erdenbold did not have the same opportunity to read books as her fellow students did until she reached college.
