2. Se-won’s MOOC & OER Journey

   Se-won Ahn of South Korea is one of many students around the world taking advantage of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) and Open Education Resources (OER). MOOCs and OERs allow students to take online classes and use resources created by reputable universities around the world for free.

3. IWP Residents Perform at Pittsburgh Jazz-Poetry Concert

   

   Sridala Swami and Jiaxin Wang, two International Writing Program (IWP) residents at the University of Iowa, read their poetry to live jazz music at the City of Asylum/Pittsburgh Jazz-Poetry Concert on September 7, 2013.
